This Anti-Corruption Policy outlines our stance against corruption and bribery in all forms, whether direct or indirect. - Bribery: No individual associated with Arise Hosting shall offer, promise, give, or receive any financial or other advantage to or from any person to influence actions or decisions unlawfully.
- Facilitation Payments: Arise Hosting prohibits “facilitation” or “expediting” payments made to secure or expedite routine government actions.
- Gifts and Hospitality: Gifts and hospitality may be offered or accepted only if they are reasonable, transparent, and in accordance with local law and Arise Hosting’s Gifts and Hospitality Policy.
- Political and Charitable Contributions: Contributions to political parties or candidates and charitable donations must never be used as a subterfuge for bribery. All such contributions made on behalf of Arise Hosting must be approved in advance by the Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities
- Management: It is the responsibility of Arise Hosting’s management to ensure that all employees and third parties are fully informed about this policy and the implications of breaching it.
- Employees: All employees are required to understand and comply with this policy. They must attend regular training sessions on anti-corruption laws and report any suspected bribery or corruption through the channels established by Arise Hosting.
- Compliance Officer: Arise Hosting will appoint a Compliance Officer responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and serving as a point of contact for any inquiries or reports regarding potential breaches of this policy.
Reporting and Whistleblower Protection
